At Elixiroflifelalchimiste.com, we want to make your shopping experience a pleasurable one. That is why we offer you a 30 day money back guarantee on items purchased through our store. *Please note samples, shipping charges, promotional items are not eligible for return.

If there has been a mistake on our part, or the product was damaged during shipping, we will send you a pre-paid return label along with a replacement product to follow. Product must be sent back in its original packaging and not tampered with.

In the unlikely event our all-natural products should cause an adverse skin reaction, or if you are just not satisfied with the product we will accept all returns within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

  • If your product is unopened, you have 30 days from the delivery date to receive a full refund on the product

  • If your product is opened and/or has been used, you have 7 days from delivery date to submit a return request for a full refund; otherwise store credit will be issued on all returns submitted on day 8 through 30.

  • Return Authorization Code. Please know, to initiate your return, you must contact us via email at info@elixiroflifelalchimiste.com. If a return is authorized, you will be given a return merchandise number (RMA#). A customer care associate will review your request and respond back to you via email. Any package returned without an approved RMA code will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer’s expense. 

  • Product is sent at least 75% full with all original packaging, pieces and printed material

  • Original packing slip with order number from elixiroflifelalchimiste.com

  • Any gifts or promotional material associated with the product purchased

Refunds or exchanges may be subject to the following:

  • Shipping charges which may be deducted from final refund amount

  • Refusal to replace or refund items not submitted within specified time frames.

  • If you would like us to provide you with a prepaid shipping label, $5.99 will be deducted from the return amount.
