Apply Shape of U Body Oil in the area that you are targeting and massage with the stone using effleurage technique (light to medium pressure). The benefits are relaxation and reduction of stress and tension in the muscles, improved circulation which help to flush out toxins, increased flexibility and range of motion in the muscles and pain relief by releasing tension. Use a firm pressure with shape of U Fascia Stone when massaging cellulites. It's important to use a firm pressure to help break up the fatty deposits beneath the skin to the affected area. Focus on problem areas: Concentrate on massaging the areas where cellulite is most visible, such as the thighs, hips, and buttocks.
